A Merced police officer was shot and killed last night during a traffic stop. Officer Stephan Gray was gunned down after pulling over a car in what has been described as a routine traffic stop. Investigators say the officer had his ticket pad in his hand, but never got his gun out of his holster. Police are looking for a suspect identified as Tahua Rivera.
