Highway 108 Sonora Pass
Sonora, CA — Caltrans is alerting travelers to avoid Highway 108 Sonora Pass this afternoon.
A semi-truck is blocking both lanes just east of Leavitt Creek Vista Point. Caltrans reminds travelers that trucks over 38 feet (kingpin to rear axle) are prohibited on Highway 108 Sonora Pass.
The incident happened at around 10:15 am. There is currently no estimated reopening time, as of 1:15 pm, as crews put together a plan to remove the truck.
