A plea deal may be in the future for a Calaveras County teen charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Zachary Airola was 17 years old last August at the time of a rollover accident on Highway 4 near Parrot´s Ferry Road which killed his 19-year-old passenger.
A toxicology report indicated Airola had a blood-alcohol level of .18, more than double the .08 percent limit for legal driving.
Next month, Airola will return to court, when it´s believed he´ll admit to a DUI manslaughter charge under circumstances of gross negligence.
After that, Airola would face sentencing April 27th, at the Calaveras County Probation Department.
