PG&E power outage in Tuolumne
Update at 10:51 am: PG&E reports that the customers impacted by the power outage in Tuolumne have been restored. The cause of the outage is unclear.
Original story posted at 10:12 am: Tuolumne, CA — PG&E reports that 1,334 customers are without electricity in the Tuolumne area.
The outage started at around 9 am and PG&E reports that it is an “unplanned outage” and a term is “evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on.”
It is not clear what caused the outage. PG&E is hoping to have full restoration by 1:45 pm.
