States Putting Billions Into Salmon

California wildlife regulators are approving a $5 billion plan to revive the state´s coho salmon population. The California Fish and Game Commission also is restarting the process to protect the fish under the state´s Endangered Species Act, which was delayed so the recovery plan could be developed.
