A Copperopolis man is being held on over a half million dollars bail after his arrest on charges of sexual misconduct towards a minor.
Calaveras County Sheriff detectives say following an investigation regarding allegations of committing lewd acts with minors, 40 year-old David Wayne Sundling was arrested yesterday without incident. He was booked into Calaveras County jail. Bail was set at $540,000.
