Updated at 12:08 pm: The power has been restored again in the Railroad Flat area.

Original story posted at 11:30 am: Calaveras County, CA — Around 700 customers lost power in the Railroad Flat area on Thursday night.

It was restored. However, the same area lost power again this morning at 10:47 am.

PG&E reports that the latest incident is an “unplanned outage” and a team is evaluating the electrical system to “identify damage and make needed repairs.” The cause of the two outages has not been released.

PG&E reports that it hopes to have full restoration by 3:45 pm.

Some of the areas impacted are along Railroad Flat Road, Jesus Maria Road, Swiss Ranch Road, and other surrounding streets.
