A California jury is again weighing Scott Peterson´s fate.
It´s the third day of deliberations in the double-murder case.
The Redwood City judge yesterday barred T-V coverage of the verdict, though he will allow an audio feed.
He also sealed transcripts of private meetings with lawyers in his chambers throughout the trial.
The judge says Peterson´s “right to a fair trial trumps the public´s need to know.”
Jurors are considering first- and second-degree murder charges against Peterson.
Prosecutors say he murdered his pregnant wife, Laci, just before Christmas two years ago and dumped her body in the San Francisco Bay.
The defense says someone else abducted and killed the woman and then dumped the bodies.
