An Arnold man was arrested for DUI and for Felony Child Endangerment after he allegedly drove while impaired with his 13-year-old in the vehicle.
51-year-old Steven Edwards was on Blagen Road north of Henry in the Arnold area, when he failed to make a curve in the roadway.
Officials say Edwards was under the influence of a narcotic, and hit a tree.
He suffered minor injuries and was treated for them at Mark Twain St. Joseph Hospital.
His 13 year old son was not hurt.
Edwards was arrested after receiving treatment.
