Bug Spray Flying Off Shelves

Sales of bug killers are booming throughout the Central Valley in the wake of the growing threat from West Nile disease. The mosquito-borne virus has killed 14 Californians this year and there´s been 430 people infected.

Another bird was been found with the virus in Calaveras County last week. So far, no human cases of West Nile have been reported in the Mother Lode region.
