A San Andreas woman died Sunday from injuries suffered in a traffic accident.
The California Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Stephanie Sprinkle died at Mark Twain Hospital after her car ran off Highway 49 south of River Ranch Road and struck a tree. CHP officers say she was not wearing a seat belt and suffered major leg, chest and head injuries.
