A man accused of abducting a Sonora woman earlier this year has been arrested in the Pacific Northwest.
27-year-old Thomas Wehner is being held in the Skagit County Jail in Mount Vernon, which is north of Seattle.
Wehner is suspected in the kidnapping of 23-year-old Samantha Taylor, who had been missing since May. Taylor was reportedly found safe.
