There´s another hearing today in the Laci Peterson murder case.
Arguments will be heard over investigators´ use of wiretaps on husband Scott Peterson€™s telephone. Scott Peterson is accused of killing his wife Laci and the couple€™s unborn son.
The defense is also accusing the District Attorney of violating a judge´s gag order by talking to the media.
