Emergency and law enforcement units have responded to the intersection of Parrots Ferry and Highway 49 near Columbia for a hit and run accident. Dispatchers say a pedestrian had been hit and injured by a vehicle just before 1 p.m. today.
CHP, Sheriff and Sonora Police officers are investigating.
