Addition Of BMG Rifle On Dangerous List

The Assembly has approved a bill that would add the .50 caliber BMG rifle to the California´s list of dangerous weapons.

Assemblyman Paul Koretz says the rifle is classified as a long gun, just as a hunting rifle. But the West Hollywood Democrat says it is far more powerful than a typical hunting rifle.
