A minor earthquake shook the area around Madera this morning. There were no reports of damage or injury. The U.S. Geological Survey set the magnitude at 3.2. Officials say the quake hit at 2:03 a.m. and was centered about six miles west northwest of Madera.
A quake registering 3.7 hit the same area May 26th.
