Law enforcement authorities are backing a bill to crack down on red-light runners who evade punishment. Some officials say they want to remove a requirement that red-light cameras clearly capture drivers on film. They say drivers avoid citation by covering their faces or removing front license plates. The change would allow filming the back of cars.
