A former Sierra Conservation Center prison guard has been arraigned on Federal child pornography charges.
46-year-old Neil Leash pleaded innocent yesterday in Sacramento to 11 counts of manufacturing child porn. Prosecutors say he used 2 underage girls as actors in pornographic material back in 1991 and 1999. If convicted, the San Andreas man could face 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Leash is also charged in Calaveras County with 95 sex crimes with girls younger than 18.
