A Mountain Ranch woman was arrested on DUI charges following a Monday traffic accident.
The CHP says 47 year old Virginia Murphy-Shute was intoxicated and may have been traveling too fast on some curves on Railroad Flat Road. She crashed her 1999 Ford Ranger and had a broken back and some cuts on her face as a result.
The CHP says Murphy-Shute had been drinking and was arrested.
