Say goodbye to the dry spring-like weather for a while. A slow-moving storm system is expected to bring rain and snow to Northern California starting today. Weather Forecasters says they aren´t sure just how powerful this first storm will be. Snow levels are expected to drop to as low as 3,500 feet in the mountains by late Sunday. Winds could reach 45 miles per hour in the Sierra Nevada.
