One of California€™s most notorious kidnappers is due in an Alameda County courtroom today for allegedly trying to buy a child. Since 1972, Kenneth Parnell has kidnapped two boys, including Yosemite Park killer Cary Stayner€™s brother Steven. On Friday Parnell was arrested for investigation of trying to buy a child.
