Drinking is on the decline at California State University campuses. That´s according to an evaluation of a new policy implemented after the October 2000 alcohol-induced death of a fraternity pledge at CSU Chico.
The study says campuses saw a 5 to 10 percent drop in student alcohol use since that time.
