Operators of an alcohol treatment center for American Indians will have to search elsewhere for a new site after San Joaquin County supervisors rejected a move to French Camp. Officials at the Three Rivers Indian Lodge near Manteca wanted to move to a rural area to teach farming skills and help American Indians reconnect with the land.
