The Jamestown CHP office has been named third in the state for traffic enforcement and number one in the division.
CHP officer Tom Wills says the California Law enforcement challenge pits the various CHP offices throughout the state in areas of public relations, seat belt enforcement, DUI arrests and speeding tickets. Points are given in each category.
