More waiting for San Andreas Fire Chief Donald Young.
The 48 year-old Young is accused of sexually molesting a woman in 1988 when she was about 15 years old. She´s now 32.
But next week, a Judge will issue a tentative ruling on whether Young will go to trial at all in Calaveras County, because there is a question of where and when the alleged incidents occurred. The tentative ruling could change at the November hearing, depending on what the attorneys have to say.
