Gasoline Prices Keep Dropping

Published Dec 8, 2003 6:55 am : Updated Jan 31, 2009 4:55 pm

Gasoline prices dropped nearly four cents per gallon in the past two weeks.

The Lundberg Survey of 8-thousand stations reports today that the average price Friday for a gallon of self-serve gas nationwide was about one dollar, 51 cents.

That was down three-point-nine cents from two weeks ago. The drop came as supplies remained plentiful while driving demand and crude oil costs slipped.
