A Valley Springs man was arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence after his car ran off the road and rolled.
The CHP says 21 year-old Moises Banuelos was east on Highway 26 near Hogan Dam early Sunday morning when he lost control on a curve. Officers say he was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash.
