A Doberman pinscher which had bitten a child in the past attacked a youngster in the family, biting the Salinas boy savagely on the face, neck and back yesterday. A doctor who treated the five-year-old says his scalp was torn away from his head, and X-rays showed a skull fracture. The boy remains hospitalized.
