Auburn fugitive Steven Kubby has been caught in Canada by immigration officials. Kubby never showed up at Placer County Jail for a 120-day term he had been ordered to serve on misdemeanor drug charges. Kubby is a former Libertarian party gubernatorial candidate and a medical marijuana advocate.
