The Twain Harte Fire Department is conducting fire hydrant testing in the downtown Twain Harte area.
Residents might experience some cloudy water coming from their faucets, but the Twain Harte Community Services District says water quality is not affected.
The firefighters will continue hydrant testing tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
