Nearly 60-thousand pages of Ronald Reagan´s presidential records were opened to the public this morning. The records had been closed by law for 12 years. Dozens of gray cardboard archive boxes are stacked six feet high on rolling carts in a room at the Reagan presidential library in Simi Valley.
