Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has received the Ronald Reagan Presidential Freedom Award from former first lady Nancy Reagan in Beverly Hills.
Mrs. Reagan said Giuliani´s calm, forceful leadership of New York City in the days after the September eleventh terrorist attacks made him the obvious choice for this year´s honor.
A clearly touched Giuliani said the award means more than any other he has ever received.
