A Lodi man accused of a drive-by shooting received 22 years in prison and a new wife yesterday. Gabriel Cortez pleaded guilty to assault with a firearm for the gang-related shooting in August. The judge sentenced Cortez and then united Cortez and his girlfriend, who recently gave birth to the couple´s first child.
