A 19 year old Brentwood man is dead this morning and a Manteca couple are seriously injured after a head-on collision on Highway 4 near Brentwood.
Authorities say the first call came in just before 1 a.m. and the section of the highway between Sellers Avenue and Balfour Road was closed for more than four hours.
