A Turlock priest accused of sexual assault has been arrested in Hartford, Connecticut and booked for investigation of being a fugitive from justice. Television reports say Father Oskar Pelaez was the focus of a police investigation last month after a complaint of sexual misconduct with a minor from Turlock´s Sacred Heart Church.
