There are new rules for voters as the March fifth primary election approaches. Registered voters of their preferred party must vote for candidates of that particular party. Before, a registered voter could make a choice of a candidate in a different party if they so choosed. Election ballots with detailed information on the modified closed primary are being sent out in the mail
