Homicide investigators now say they found a trace amount of blood inside the home of Jana Carpenter-Koklich, the daughter of a former state senator who´s been missing six months.
Earlier this week, Bruce Koklich pleaded innocent to charges he murdered his wife.
Sheriff´s Sergeant Ray Peavy says detectives used high-tech methods to locate the blood, which was found in the couple´s bedroom.
Koklich is currently being held on one million dollars bail.
Jana Carpenter-Koklich was last seen August 18th when a friend dropped her off at her Lakewood home after a concert.
Her bloodstained Nissan Pathfinder was found a few miles away on August 27th.
Koklich´s arrest came just one week after the missing woman´s father, former state Senator Paul Carpenter, died of cancer.
