Calaveras County deputies have two men jailed after a traffic stop in Valley Springs. Jamie Van Winkle and Randall Turner, both of Oakdale, were stopped on Highway 49 shortly before 4:00 yesterday morning.
Turner was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. His bail is $15,000.00. Van Winkle was named in a no-bail warrant.
