Hula Hoop Champ

Let´s hula hoop, like we did last summer…Denise Brown of Columbia was the winner in the women´s hula hoop contest held during the 2nd annual Rock-n-Roll Is Here To Stay” 50´s dinner and dance held at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds Saturday night.

The fun event, which featured 50´s dance music from a live band, a custom car and hot rod show and shine, auction, giveaways and a dinner, is sponsored by the Historic Sonora Chamber of Commerce.
