Police are planning to search the hills west of Tracy for the body of a three-year-old boy they say was killed by his mother and her boyfriend. The mother, 23-year-old Katherine Sanchez of Manteca, and her 28-year-old boyfriend, William Krumlinde, have been arrested on murder charges.
