Two people have died in the crash of a small plane that started a fire near Echo Summit, near Lake Tahoe. An FAA spokesman says the bodies were found at the crash site in the rugged Elbert Lake area. The El Dorado County sheriff´s department says pilots of aircraft sent to help douse the fire first spotted the plane wreckage.
