A memorial service for 36-year-old Dennis Dugan of Twain Harte will be held Saturday. He died in a traffic accident last Thursday. Dugan was a Vice President and Operations Director at Barry Electric, and a 25-year resident of the Mother Lode. He was also a professional musician and competitive off-road racer.
He leaves a wife, two children, his parents, a brother and sister, a grandmother and 3 nephews. The service will begin at noon Saturday, at the Sierra Bible Church.
