Officials battling a huge wildfire that burned parts of the Sequoia National Forest say the blaze will be fully contained tomorrow. A McNally Fire spokeswoman says higher humidity and changing wind directions have helped firefighters. The fire started more than a month ago and has cost almost $45 million to fight.
