Three people are dead in a medical helicopter crash near the Nevada-California border. The air ambulance was on its way to a traffic accident. It went down near Primm, Nevada, about 40 miles south of Las Vegas. Authorities say the pilot, a flight nurse and a paramedic were killed. The National Transportation and Safety Board is investigating.
