A Stockton man crashed a Cadillac into the local newspaper building early this morning, tearing a hole in the wall and flinging rubble across the offices. Police arrested 34-year-old Johnny Mariano Arong on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, driving under the influence, resisting arrest and violating parole.
