Sacramento Kings star Chris Webber has plead innocent in Detroit to federal charges of lying to a grand jury and obstructing justice. Webber is accused of interfering with an investigation of former University of Michigan booster Ed Martin. Martin says he lent Webber 280-thousand dollars while Webber was in high school and at Michigan. Webber denies it.
