A traffic stop in Valley Springs ends in arrest for drug charges.
Calaveras County Sheriffs deputies stopped 32-year-old Lloyd Thomsen and 32 year-old Christine Thomsen on Highway 12. Lloyd Thomsen was booked into Calaveras County jail for possession of methamphetamine and held on $20,000 bail. Christine Thomsen was cited for marijuana possession and released.
