Investigators are taking a close look at solar panels outside a charred trailer as they continue the hunt for the cause of a 3100-acre wildfire near Morgan Hill. The Croy fire destroyed 16 homes and 15 other structures and cost more than $7 million to fight. It was contained over the weekend, but fire officials say it won´t be controlled for days or even weeks. Arson and exploding drug labs have been ruled out as causes. Hundreds were forced to evacuate when the flames began roaring through Uvas Canyon a week ago.
