Third Day Of Negotiations In Dockworker Lockout

Representatives of dockworkers and their employers at West Coast ports are in their third straight day of meetings in an effort to end a week-long shutdown. A federal mediator is trying to help the two sides end a struggle estimated to be costing billions to the nation´s economy.
