Be on the lookout for Ghosts, Goblins and Ghouls tonight and do drive carefully. Area police ask motorists to be extra cautious driving home tonight and watch out for Halloween Trick-o-Treaters.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there is a 400 percent increase in young pedestrian deaths, ages 5 – 14, on Halloween.
The AAA recommends parents use retro-reflective material on their children´s costumes, glued or sewn onto costumes for better visibility.
